1 x teaspoon ground coriander

METHOD
Method
Preheat your air fryer to 200c and remove the cooking tray/grill from the basket. Add a drizzle of cooking oil to heat up.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the mince, onion, coriander, cumin and smoked paprika with a good pinch of sea salt. Crumble the mince mix into the fryer and cook for 3-4 minutes. After 4 minutes, give the mince a good stir, breaking up any large chunks. Return the basket to the fryer for a further 3 minutes.
Mix together the chipotle paste, tomato puree, gravy granules and boiling water to form a stock. Add the stock and drained kidney beans to the basket with the mince and give it a gentle mix. Return the basket to the fryer for a further 3 minutes.
Once the chilli is ready give it a good seasoning and serve immediately with rice, nacho chips, sour cream and plenty of jalapenos!
