With our expert advice, we can offer all the support you need. As your restaurant supplier, in addition to supplying you with meat boned and trimmed to your exact specifications, we can also suggest different breeds and specialist cuts, helping you keep your menu one step ahead, as well as managing costs.

We were recently shortlisted as one of the finalists in the ‘Catering Butcher’ category at the Meat Management 2020 industry awards.

Quite an achievement and one of the highest marks of recognition in the UK market.  We are lucky enough to work alongside some of the UK’s most talented and influential chefs who constantly inspire us to provide the best and develop new products.

As part of our normal service we encourage customers to visit our farm and spend some time with our butchers

As we operate an open door policy we would like more customers to visit and see what we have to offer; on nearly every visit customers leave with new ideas on menus as they have seen other cuts of meat that are available.  We can guide you on how best to achieve your yields and margins by using the right piece of meat cut to the right specification.

We welcome customers to come to the farm to set out your own specifications with our team, likewise we will come to you whenever required.

We can also arrange farm visits to meet our producers.  Knowing where your produce has come from, how it has been handled and cared for throughout the supply chain is more important now than ever.

Our state of the art ordering/production and despatching software allows for every customer to have their own specifications; so you should always receive meat cut just how you want it, we don’t have many machines as we much prefer to do it by hand.

Our delivery routes are constantly changing as we move out of lockdown so please speak to the team who can advise you on your delivery days.
