At Sykes House Farm we take great pride in packaging your meat, boxing it securely and ensuring it is delivered to your door perfectly.
Our own fleet of vans deliver locally within Yorkshire and we use DPD to deliver to the whole of the Mainland U.K. excluding the Channel Islands, Highlands.
Using DPD all our deliveries to you are carbon neutral. It is important to us to support a courier committed to delivering every parcel carbon neutral for every customer, at no extra cost.
We can deliver nationwide Tuesday-Friday and locally Mon-Saturday.
In the current circumstances, please allow 2-3 full working days for your delivery to arrive. We will contact you once your order is received via email/phone to update you on your delivery date. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays.
Bank Holidays that fall on a Friday don’t allow us to distribute after the Wednesday that week as delivery isn’t possible from Thursdays dispatch until Monday. Additionally, if this is the Easter Bank Holiday dispatch only resumes on the Tuesday for delivery Wednesday.
All orders are delivered free of charge with a spend of over £50. The value of the transaction must total £50 after any discounts or promotional codes are applied.

There is no need for you to be home when your delivery arrives. Just tell us somewhere safe to leave your order, like a shed, garage or porch. Simply pop your instructions in the comments box when you complete your order.
Alternatively, you can contact our delivery partner using the tracking code sent once your item has been dispatched and make alternative arrangements if you suddenly need to be out.
Your delivery will arrive in a chilled insulated box, which means an unopened delivery is chill test safe for up to 24 hours.
It is important that all meat products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your delivery.
Each product has a Shelf Life date listed next to it on the product page. This date indicates the minimum number of days your meat will remain in an ideal condition when it arrives before reaching its use-by date. All of our meat is prepared fresh so it is suitable for freezing (Note: Each item is labelled with the use-by date)
Our courier is DPD. Sykes House Farm cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will, however, make our best efforts to correct the problem. DPD offer a ‘predict’ delivery service whereby they inform customers of a one-hour delivery window notified by SMS and/or email – so you don’t have to wait in all day. Additionally, you can watch the progress of your delivery driver on a real-time map. If your plans change and you’re not able to sign for your order, DPD offer a range of ‘in flight’ options such as: deliver to neighbour, have the parcel delivered to a safe place, collect your parcel from a local pickup shop.
