Click & Collect is available to people who live locally and wish to collect their orders from the farm direct. You have a choice to choose the Click and Collect option at the checkout.
If you are using our Click & Collect service, then please bring either your printed receipt or your proof of purchase on your mobile phone. You might also be asked for ID so please ensure you have something on you like your driving licence or credit card etc.
If someone else is collecting your order, they must bring your order number/receipt.
You must collect your order on the day which you have booked. Given the nature of the products we sell, we can keep your order for a further 24 hours but please let us know if you wish to change your collection date. If you do not collect your order within these time frames, then your order will be removed from fridges and disposed of. At this point you will not be entitled to a refund if you have not let us know you will not be collecting. You will be charged 100% cancellation fee if you cancel your Christmas order after 14th December.
