Kettyle Bone Marrow Melt 200gm
Kettyle’s award winning bone marrow melt is the perfect accompaniment to all chefs wanting to add flavour and depth to their cooking. It is made by blending bone marrow with seasonings to give an ultra-rich finish. Delicious added to your jus or simply try serving on steak. We recommend placing a medallion on an almost cooked steak and pop under the grill for one minute. The bone marrow will melt and release its rich, creamy flavour into the beef.
Please note the bone marrow in this melt is raw and must be heated above 75°C before eating.
