A perfect accompaniment for all roast meats and casseroles.

Shelf Life

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 3 days.

Allergens / Ingredients

Beef stock (spring water, beef bones, chicken bones, calves feet, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato purée, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), chicken stock (spring water, chicken bones, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato purée, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), red wine (12%) (red wine, potassium metabisulphite), cornflour, redcurrant jelly (redcurrant juice, sugar, pectin, sodium citrate).

Serving Suggestion

Cooking Instructions:

Hob (3-4 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.

Microwave (3 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.

CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.
