Smoked Pancetta Sliced 200gm


Try our delicious sliced smoked pancetta, made by Casa Noguera, a family company located in Catalunya and specialising in Catalan charcuterie since 1870.

The main activity is carried out in Igualada, a small village located in a rural area, Northwest of Barcelona. The area enjoys a microclimate characterized by long and dry winters with frequent frosts which constitute the perfect conditions to cure quality pork sausages, hams and meats in the most natural way.

Sliced pancetta is made from pork belly which is rubbed with salt and cured between 4 to 6 weeks, the whole pieces are then lightly smoked by Casa Noguera to provide its distinctive flavour.
