OUR LOCAL GAME KEEPER SOURCES OUR GAME BIRDS AND RABBITS FROM LOCAL SHOOTS IN YORKSHIRE.

We source our Venison Fallow carcasses from English park herds and Roe deer from stalkers and estates in the Scottish borders.

Venison has low levels of cholesterol and saturated fat as well as being completely free from salt and other additives. It has a rich source of Vitamin B complex and is high in protein and essential minerals making it an ideal source for a balanced healthy lifestyle.

Venison contains all the nutrients of other meats but less than half the fat of beef and a quarter that of lamb.

Our game birds are available fresh in game season which runs from August 12th through to January 31st.
