2 Flat Iron Steak 8oz


Flat Iron Steak is named for its shape like an old-fashioned iron, also known as the featherblade or butler’s steak.  It is an extremely tender, well-marbled and flavorful steak and great for grilling.  The steak is cut from the Top Blade and our butcher removes the internal connective tissue allowing this cut to be tender and juicy.
