Our 28 day Dry Aged Rib Eye Steak is cut from the main muscle which is attached to the spine. Rib Eye is most often used for superior roasting cuts, either on or off the bone. The eye of the Rib Eye steak has a centrepiece of fat that caramalises when cooking and leaves you with a succulent, juicy steak. This steak considered by many to be one of the tastiest and most elegantly flavoured of all steaks.
