Aromatic and refined, TRUEfoods Lamb Gravy is produced by reducing finest lamb stock with rosemary, fresh mint and a dash of ruby port to create an indulgent and rich gravy. Made with specially selected ingredients. Free from artificial colours and flavours.

Perfect for roast leg of lamb or lamb shoulder, also ideal with grilled lamb cutlets.

Shelf Life

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 3 days.

Allergens / Ingredients

Lamb stock (81%)(spring water, lamb bones, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato purée, thyme, rosemary, black peppercorns, bay leaves, roasted lamb bones), port (6%)(ruby port, preservative [sulphur dioxide]), red wine (6%)(red wine, potassium metabisulphite), cornflour, redcurrant jelly (redcurrant juice, sugar, pectin, sodium citrate), whole fresh mint, rosemary, red wine vinegar (wine vinegar, preservative [sulphur dioxide]), mint, salt.

Serving Suggestion

Cooking Instructions 250g:

Hob (4-5 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.

Microwave (3 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure gravy is piping hot. Serve immediately.

CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.
