Shelf Life

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 3 days.

Allergens / Ingredients

Chicken stock (spring water, chicken bones, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato purée, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), whipping cream (23%) (milk), red wine (red wine, potassium metabisulphite), onions, veal stock (spring water, veal bones, chicken bones, calves feet, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato purée, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), brandy, green peppercorns (4%) (green peppercorns, water, white wine vinegar (sulphites)), cornflour, garlic purée (garlic, citric acid), salt.

Serving Suggestion

Cooking Instructions:

Hob (3-4 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.

Microwave (3 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.

CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.
