The July Chef’s Butchers Box


Our in house development Chef, Greg Lewis, designs a new Chef’s Butcher box every month featuring a variety of the best, seasonal local produce.  The box comes with Greg’s recipe recommendations for the products as well as suggestions for any accompanying ingredients.  The box is designed to cater for different occasions from the classic Sunday roast, Sharing boards, date night, midweek family dinners and weekend brunch.  Many of the cuts can be cooked traditionally indoors or BBQ’d in better weather.

Rack of Yorkshire Outdoor Reared Pork Loin approx 2kg

450gm Chateaubriand

2 Yorkshire Lamb Rumps 7-8oz

1kg Yorkshire Outdoor Reared Pork Sausages

1kg Chicken Breast Mince

2 Yorkshire Free Range Duck Legs

500gm Smoked Streaky Bacon
