This TRUEfoods Orange Sauce is a bittersweet infusion of oranges blended with a rich duck stock. Ideal with all types of game, goose & duck

Available for Christmas collections and deliveries only from December 1st.

Shelf Life

Chilled – Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, use within 3 days.
Frozen – Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 3 days.

Allergens / Ingredients

Duck stock (spring water, duck bones, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato puree, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), red wine (red wine, potassium metabisulphite), fresh orange juice (9%), onions, button mushrooms, chicken fat, orange julienne (2%), cornflour, soy sauce (water, soybeans [soya], wheat, salt), balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, concentrated grape juice, colour [caramel], preservative [sulphur dioxide]), garlic puree (garlic, citric acid), salt, juniper berries, cracked black pepper.
