Our succulent porchetta uses Outdoor Reared pork belly trimmed, boned and rolled rind on with a traditional stuffing of Italian herbs, fennel and garlic to enhance the flavour of the meat. Porchetta is perfect for anytime of year – it can be cooked on the barbecue or delicious for a weekend roast.  Our pork is from Easingwold from Outdoor Reared WestMoor pigs. Pair with sweet tangy sources and all the trimmings.
