This cut comes from the rib area of the loin so it contains a bit more fat which makes it very flavourful. Stuffed with our festive Wild Boar sausagemeat with thyme, sage & garlic and topped with a herb crust, this succulent rack of pork is french trimmed making for an easy carve and a visually attractive finish. Allow for one rib per serving.
