Our Trimmed Ox Cheek are from our grass-fed, traditionally matured Yorkshire beef. They are hand cut and trimmed by our master butchers and a ‘must try’ casserole and braising cut.
They have a rich and delicious taste similar to ox tail so it is a great option for stews and casseroles. It’s full taste is because it’s an extremely strong and well-worked muscle over the animals lifetime. Ox cheeks are a very healthy cut full of flavour. Ideal for slow cooking or stews.
